NexGen - Young Adults, out of high school, but not married

Learning about the Bible in a friendly atmosphere, and developing friendships with people your own age is a major goal of the each ministry at North Side. This is particularly true for our NexGen group.  NexGen is short for Next Generation, and we believe the future is now in equipping our young adults to become leaders within the church.  "College age" young adults often lead fragmented lives with divided responsibilities between school, work, and other activities.  Our NexGen group desires to add fulfillment and purpose to those fragmented lives.

Tim Hasty, our NexGen director, leads our young people to a deeper walk with Christ, a more accountable walk with their peers, and a more devoted relationship with their church.

In addition to our NexGen ministry, North Side actively supports the Baptist Student Ministries of Weatherford College financially, and helping serve meals for their Wednesday Bible Studies, supplying speakers for various activities, and providing the use of our facilities and equipment as needed.  Our Executive Pastor, Keith Warren, also serves on the BSM Committee for Parker Baptist Association.
