Fuel Ski Trip 09: Durango Mountain Resort

This year the NSBC Student Ministry will be traveling Durango Mountain Resort in Colorado.  To check out their website click here.  At the resort we will have access to skiing/ snowboarding, shopping, hot tubs, swimming pools, a full fitness center and a great view of the beautiful Rocky Mountains.  Each evening we will meet on the property for a worship experience and a time of fellowship and snacks.  This will be a great trip you don't want to miss!

Don't delay; space is limited for this trip!!!  To register, please fill out the skier registration form either online or in the ski trip brochure. Spots will be given on a first come first serve basis.  To secure your spot, you must submit your registration and your $200 deposit to Cody Lain no later than January 11th!

     Transportation:

     »We will be taking a charter bus- Fully licensed and insured. 

 

     Lodging:

     »Best Western-Durango Inn and Suites

 

    Extra Money Needed (Not in Price):

    » Traveling meals coming and going

    »Lunch on the slopes. (Optional sack lunch or eat at the slopes)

    »Dinner at night, Gifts, snacks, etc.

 

     Itinerary

    »A more detailed Itinerary will be passed out at the parent meeting on March 1st.

 

     Parent Meeting

     »There will be a parent meeting on March 1st at 3:30pm in the Fuel Room.  At the meeting we will be handing out a detailed itinerary of the trip (what to bring, rules, schedule, etc.)

 

     Payment Policy

     »Deposit-$200 due by Sunday January 11th.  The deposit will secure your spot on the trip.  All deposits are non refundable.

     »Second Payment-$200 due by Sunday, February 8th.  If you cancel after this date, your refund will be 50% minus the deposit.

     »Final Payment-$35 due by Sunday, March 1st.  If cancellation after this date, there will be no refund.
