Camp Fundraising Meeting

Sunday night, January 17 @ 5:30 in the Children’s Theater. Bring any ideas you have for fundraisers and be sure to gather as much information as possible about them before the meeting, like the cost for start up, time involved, amount to “charge” or raise, etc.  Keep in mind that we want to reach outside of the church family as much as possible, no door to door selling, and avoid the appearance of gambling like raffle tickets and give-a-ways.

 

Camp Lunch In

We have January 24, 10:45-1:00, set aside for a Lunch In.  We will be serving baked potato soup, salad, bread, and dessert and we will need your help. Sign up sheets for children and parents will be on the check in table in the Children’s Theater.

 

Camp Scholarships

Anyone needing a full or partial scholarship to camp must first participate in our fundraising activities before being considered for a scholarship.  Applications will be available soon
